Vinton Police are seeking the public's assistance in locating stolen tickets for the Lost Island Waterpark in Waterloo. 

VPRD director Duane Randall reported 100 tickets missing to Vinton Police from an allotment they received for re-sale in April of this year.  The total loss of the tickets amounts to $2,300. 

The tickets missing are all numbered, and fall within a sequential range of 115701 to 115800. 

"So far, Lost Island tells us that 83 of these tickets have been used at the Waterpark, which leaves 17 tickets still out there" Jeff Tilson, Vinton Police Chief said today.

"Anyone attempting to use any of the remaining stolen tickets at the Waterpark could find themselves in an interesting situation of having to explain where they got them."  he added.

If anyone has any Lost Island Waterpark tickets within the number range of 115701 to 115800, they are urged to contact the Vinton Police Department immediately at 472-2321.
