Kody Seaton, 22, of Shellsburg, was arrested after a chase by law enforcement officials in and around Shellsburg on Monday. 

Seaton was charged with eluding, speeding, failure to obey a stop sign and driving while his license was suspended or revoked. He posted $1,000 bond and was released.
