Farm Bureau Century Farm Award honored Newton Farms on August 17, 2010 at the Iowa State Fair.

The Newton Farm started back in May 1910 with Wiliam and Pearl Newton. Dorothy Newton. along with her son's and spouses were in attendance. Present were Bill (Teddi) Newton of Vinton and John (Cindy) Newton of Paso Robles, CA, along with Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren Chad (Kim) Newton & Annabelle & Sophia, Vinton, Laurie (Mike) Ortner & Brock, Brady & Brant, Shellsburg and Lance (Suzanne) Newton, Grover Beach, CA

One Grandson and spouse Tyler (Julie) Newton could not make the trip because of the arrival of Great Grandson Wesley back in July.
