News : Minor accident causes damage, no injuries at Vinton intersection Tuesday

Officers investigated a minor accident in Vinton Tuesday afternoon.

A pick-up and mini van collided at the intersection of Fourth Street and First Avenue in Vinton shortly after 3 p.m. Tuesday. Nobody was hurt although the minivan sustained significant damage to its right side.

Benton County Sheriff Randy Forsyth and one of his deputies assisted with traffic control as the Vinton Police Department to investigated the accident.
