When the former Tilford Middle School was renovated into an elementary school for grades Kindergarten through 4, many changes had to be made.
But the changes the kids appreciate most now is the one made just south of the building. Fund-raising efforts and volunteer labor contributed to the creation of a new playground area that children continue to enjoy at recess.
Kindergarten students saw the playground for the first time on Thursday, their first full day of school. They joined the older children during recess time.

The 'spider web' climbing area is a popular attraction.
