Intrastate Warrants are issued by law Enforcement Agencies for crimes happening in their jurisdictions.

 Juvenile Referrals
 
Two 14 year old males were referred to Juvenile Probation for Burglary 3rd Degree (Class “D” Felony) and Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree (Aggravated Misdemeanor).
 
A 13 year old male was referred to Juvenile Probation for Trespass (Simple Misdemeanor).        
           
A 17 year old male was referred to Juvenile Probation for Eluding Law Enforcement (Serious Misdemeanor) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Simple Misdemeanor).
 
Citations
 
Thirteen citations were issued in July. One citations resulted from one state reportable traffic accident, one for barking dog, one for curfew violation - 3rd Offense, and two for curfew violation – 1st offense, two for discharging fireworks, and the remainder for other traffic offenses.
 
Thirteen written warnings were issued in July.
 
For the month of July, 195 complaints/calls for service were handled by the Vinton Police Department.
