LifeServe Blood Center, the non-profit community-based blood supplier in our region, is now one of hundreds of organizations across the state facing unprecedented and critical staff shortages.

We all love to celebrate the 4th of July with family, friends, food and fireworks, but all too often the festivities turn tragic on our nation's roads.

LifeServe Blood Center is asking community members to give blood to help patients in local hospitals this summer.Travel, outdoor fun, boating, and other summer activities can all lead to an increase in traumas in local emergency rooms.
