Health and Fitness : Virginia Gay Nursing & Rehab Receives Zero Deficiency Survey

Virginia Gay Nursing & Rehab is proud to announce that it has received a Zero Deficiency rating on its most recent survey conducted by the Iowa Department of Inspections, Appeals, and Licensing. This designation reflects full compliance with all state regulations and the highest standards of care and service in long-term care.

Achieving a Zero Deficiency Survey is a significant accomplishment that highlights the exceptional work of the entire team at Virginia Gay Nursing & Rehab. This includes not only the nursing and clinical staff but also the dedicated professionals in Food & Nutrition Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and administrative support.
