This designation reflects full compliance with all state regulations and the highest standards of care and service in long-term care.
Achieving a Zero Deficiency Survey is a significant accomplishment that highlights the exceptional work of the entire team at Virginia Gay Nursing & Rehab. This includes not only the nursing and clinical staff but also the dedicated professionals in Food & Nutrition Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and administrative support.
