Our hospitals are quickly filling up again with COVID-19 patients and with those suffering from other illnesses and injuries. Our ability to transfer critical patients to higher-level facilities is becoming extremely difficult and is very concerning. Our employees are tired and overwhelmed.
Virginia Gay Hospital and Clinics joins our area rural hospital partners in asking our communities for help. If you are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and booster, please do so. It's also not too late to receive your influenza vaccine.
You can make a difference in stopping the spread of COVID-19 and other illnesses within our communities. Please do your part and help us do ours.
