Each week, Virginia Gay Hospital has been holding walk-in clinics for anyone who wants or needs the COVID vaccine. According to the state's vaccine information, the numbers for Benton County are as follows.
837 people in the county have begun their 2 shot series
11,060 residents have completed their 2 dose series
An additional 942 have completed their single-dose vaccines.
46.8% of Benton County residents have been vaccinated.
The Moderna Vaccine Walk-in Clinic will be held this week at the Virginia Gay Hospital
There are two more opportunities this week to receive a vaccine.
Wednesday, August 18 - 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Friday, August 20 - 9:00 a.m.to 2:00 p.m.
Anyone 18 years and older, no cost.
