• Iowa City CSD Educational Services Center for two students.
• Hall & Halls Engineering contract addition.
• ITS - Chromebook in the amount of $112440.50 for Middle School 1:1 devices. Chromebook repairs can be done in-house and keep turn around times lower. This will start with the 2024-25 6th Grade Class.
• Apple quote for the elementary teacher laptop upgrade.
• Adventure Turf quote for Lightning Ship and turf in the amount of $121,315.00 (part of the Tiny Vikes addition).

HSAP Graduation List
Fifteen home school students are or will be eligible to graduate this spring. Mrs. Squires recommends them all for homeschool graduation.

IASB Quarterly Policy Updates - First Reading

Approved 28E Sharing Agreements with Kirkwood Community College (Work Based Learning), Union Community School District (Transportation, Business Office Functions & Human Resources V-S holds the contract for these positions), and Benton Community School District (homeschool program sharing).

Email Domain - All the school district's google accounts will now be on the same domain (students and staff controlled together, rather than separate). All accounts will transition to @GoVikes Mr. Farmer and team will be working on this over the summer. More details to come on staff migration of accounts. Senior Laptop Sale Approval - The board approved to sell the laptops for $170.00, then convert the remainder into Chromebooks for the middle school classroom carts.
