Government : CPU SCHOOL BOARD CANDIDATE FORUM OCTOBER 24

There will be a Center Point Urbana School Board Candidate Forum on Sunday, October 24 at the Public Library beginning at 2:00 p.m. The forum will be held at the Andersen Center Point Public Library Community Room.

The forum is hosted by Friends of the Center Point Library and moderated by Center Point Mayor Paula Freeman Brown.

Candidates for the November 2 election are:

District 1: Gwendolyn Cumberland Schaeffer and Kristeen Opfer

At-large: Kim Shonka and Kim Simon

CPU candidates must live in their district but CPU voters vote for candidates in both districts and At-large.
