Government : City of Vinton Announcements

Due to COVID-19 City Hall is requesting payments for utilities to be placed in the dropbox. Cash can be accepted, any change will be applied to your bill for the next month, but check or money orders are preferred. You can also mail it into the office, City Hall, 310 A. Ave., Vinton, Iowa 52349.

You can also pay over the phone 319-472-4707 Option 1 via credit/debit card payments. 

To request new service, email the city at: vintoncityhall@gmail.com (or call the number above) and the city will be happy to fax, email or mail you the necessary forms.

Public access to any city facility is not allowed until April 13th. This time frame may change pending recommendations from the State and Federal government.
