Government : Andrew Elwick Sworn in as New Council Member for 2nd Precinct

City Clerk Cindy Michael swears in Andrew Elwick to fill the 2nd Precinct Councilman position

At Thursday night's City Council meeting Cindy Michael, the City Clerk, swore in the newest member to the city council.

Carrying on the family tradition of service, Andrew Elwick was sworn in as the 2nd Precinct's councilman. Filling the seat vacated after his father, Ron's retirement following his last term, Andrew will finish out the remainder of the new term which was filled through a special election. Several family members were present at the council meeting to watch the event unfold.
