March 20, 2018 The Benton County Board of Supervisors met in regular adjourned session with Supervisors Wiley and Primmer were present, Bierschenk was absent. The meeting was called to order at 9:30 a.m. Unless otherwise noted, all actions were approved unanimously. Wiley moved/Primmer seconded: To enter into closed session pursuant to Iowa Code 21.5(1)j. Motion carried at 9:30 a.m. Wiley moved/ Primmer seconded: To return to open session at 10:30 a.m. Motion carried. Wiley moved/Primmer seconded: To entertain the actions of what was discussed in closed session. Motion carried. Wiley moved/Primmer seconded: To adjourn.
