The Benton County Board of Supervisors met in regular adjourned session with Supervisors Wiley and Primmer were present, Bierschenk was absent. The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. Unless otherwise noted, all actions were approved unanimously.
Wiley moved/Primmer seconded: To approve the minutes of March 13, 2018 with some wording changes regarding the WMA. Motion carried.
Wiley moved/Primmer seconded: To appoint Chief of Vinton Police to the County Facility Security Committee. Motion carried.
Wiley moved/Primmer seconded: To approve Resolution #18-17, Amending Resolution # 17-42. Motion carried.
Resolution #18-17, Amending Resolution #17-42
Bank Depositories
WHEREAS, the Benton County Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution #17-42 on June 19, 2017,
WHEREAS, the Treasurer has requested that said Resolution be amended to allow for a bank name change,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution #17-42, is hereby amended as follows:
Security State Bank, is now known as Northeast Security Bank;
The remaining resolution, as amended, remains in full force and effect.

Wiley moved/Primmer seconded: To approve purchase of two (2) new Mack cab/chassis heavy duty trucks at the cost of $109,658.69 each. Motion carried.
Wiley moved/Primmer seconded: To authorize chair to sign Iowa DOT Agreement #2018-C-204 for Hwy 30/21 interchange project. Motion carried.
