March 20, 2018 The Benton County Board of Supervisors met in regular adjourned session with Supervisors Wiley and Primmer were present, Bierschenk was absent. The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. Unless otherwise noted, all actions were approved unanimously. Wiley moved/Primmer seconded: To approve the minutes of March 13, 2018 with some wording changes regarding the WMA. Motion carried. Wiley moved/Primmer seconded: To appoint Chief of Vinton Police to the County Facility Security Committee. Motion carried. Wiley moved/Primmer seconded: To approve Resolution #18-17, Amending Resolution # 17-42. Motion carried. Resolution #18-17, Amending Resolution #17-42 Bank Depositories WHEREAS, the Benton County Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution #17-42 on June 19, 2017, WHEREAS, the Treasurer has requested that said Resolution be amended to allow for a bank name change, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution #17-42, is hereby amended as follows: Security State Bank, is now known as Northeast Security Bank; The remaining resolution, as amended, remains in full force and effect.
