“Women of Natural History” will be presented on Saturday, April 18, 3:00 p.m. at the Andersen Center Point Library.   Giving credit where credit is due, Kim White will share a free program about the unsung female heroes in the understanding of the natural world. They include Egypt’s Queen Hatshepsut, pioneer paleontologist Mary Anning, biologist Rachel Carson to primatologist Jane Goodall, who died last October.  White is a retired educator from the Chicago Brookfield Zoo.

Her program is sponsored by Friends of the Center Point Library.
