Join us for a free tour of three Eastern Iowa Carnegie Libraries. We will depart from the Vinton Public Library on March 5th at 9 am and will visit Carnegie Libraries in Waterloo, Waverly and Nashua. Dr. Shana Stuart with the Carnegie Libraries in Iowa Project will provide fascinating details about the history of these libraries and the legacy of Andrew Carnegie.
