Events and Activities : Palace at the Park: \'Shrek Forever After\' on big scren July 14

Palace in the Park will be held Saturday, July 14 at Riverside Park. There will be games and activities for the whole family before the movie starts and it is all FREE. Popcorn and beverages will be available for purchase while the film is being shown.

The movie will be 'Shrek: Forever After' and will be shown on a big screen at the Riverside Park bandshell beginning at dark. The movie is rated PG and has a runtime of 93 minutes. In this final entry to the popular Shrek animated series of films, a mid-life crisis burdened Shrek is tricked by mischief-maker Rumpelstiltskin into being erased from existence. After discovering what life in Far Far Away land would have been like if he had never existed, Shrek must hatch a plan to regain his spot as the top ogre in town.
