WHEN: Monday Nov. 7, 2011, at 6:30 p.m. WHERE: Vinton, Wesley United Methodist Church, downstairs in the dining room WHO: Anyone who wants to learn about saving money on your food budget. WHY: You’ll have fun and leave, loaded down with lots of ideas and resources for saving money on your food expenses while incorporating new ideas into menu planning and food shopping. Good nutrition does not have to be expensive. Share your ideas and learn money saving tips and resources!
