Events and Activities : Windstorm Tree Care Workshop Tuesday afternoon AND evening

Homeowners who want to get advice about how to replace trees destroyed by the storm or how to repair storm-damaged trees are invited to a meeting this Tuesday, Sept. 20, at the Vinton-Shellsburg High School library. The meeting, hosted by Greg Walston of the Benton County ISU Extension and Mark Pingenot of Trees Forever, begins at 6:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

There will also be a workshop in Dysart for those in that area.
