Events and Activities : Final days of Virginia Gay Hospital Annual Tree Walk & 100 Year Open House

Tis the season to stop at the Hospital and look at the trees!!!

Virginia Gay Hospital will host their 100th Anniversary Open House. Tours will begin in the Vinton Family Medical Clinic waiting room between 5-7:30 PM. A staff member will guide you through the VGH Facility highlighting the services and history of the hospital. See behind the scenes in OR, Lab, Imaging and more.

At the completion of tours, you will be escorted to the Clinic Conference room full of Christmas spirit and a wine & cheese reception.

Virginia Gay Hospital Health Care Foundation is grateful for our Respiratory Therapy and Human Resources Department (Nancy Hlas, Manager, Brooke Salger, Human Resources Director & Renee Bear, HR Assistant) in hosting the VGH Tree Walk annual event beginning Thursday, Nov. 2nd from 5-7:30pm.

We honor Kim Frank and her legacy in a magical tradition that brings in the Christmas spirit delighting all who come in to enjoy. Thank you to Farmers Savings Bank for their annual sponsorship. We are always amazed at the creativity of these wonderful Christmas and holiday displays, many of which are handcrafted by loving hands.

The magic begins on the following dates and times for VGH's 100 Year Open House. 

Tree Walk Dates and Times:

Thursday, November 16th, 5 PM- 7 PM

Final Day of Bidding:                            

Saturday, November 18th, 9 AM- 11 AM (Final Bid at 11 AM)
