Events and Activities : Benton Community FFA to host Veterans Benefit Breakfast December 4

The Benton Community FFA Chapter will host the annual Veterans Benefit Breakfast on Sunday, December 4, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Van Horne Community Center. The breakfast will consist of pancakes, eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit and doughnut for a freewill donation. To-go boxes will be available.

All proceeds will be donated to the Benton County Veterans Affairs. The Benton County Veterans Affairs assists veterans with applying for VA medical care, monthly compensation for injuries incurred or aggravated by their service, financial assistance programs for veterans, applying for nursing home care, obtaining and upgrading military records, burial benefits, grave markers, home loan benefits, and emergency assistance.
