Events and Activities : June 18-19 Fishing Tournament to support area Veterans

The Iowa Cat Chasers will hold a Father's day Open on June 18-19 from noon until noon at the Koszia Boat Ramp in Belle Plaine. 

This is a 24 hour tournament with a 15 fish limit.

There will be 3 classes of competition:

1. Rod and Reel, $25

2. Diddy poles only, $25

3. Rod and reel and diddy poles,$50

Registration will begin at 10:00 a.m. on June 18 and the tournament will start at noon.

You may weigh fish at anytime during the day or night. 

Part of the proceeds will go to the local veterans in Benton County.

Veterans will get to fish for FREE! There will be plenty of help on-site if you need it!
