42 North Winery Presentation and Tasting

Dave and Mary Paustian, owners of 42 North Winery, will discuss their experiences with winemaking. Samples will be available for optional tasting. Attendees must be 21 or older.

Join Bryan Bruner from Heritage Area Agency on Aging as he leads participants in gentle Tai Chi sequences that will benefit the mind and body.

Read Alouds for Adults

Fresh Conversations / Thursday Feb. 10 at 11:00am

Fresh Conversations is a free nutrition and physical education program for ages 60+. The program offers practical tips and sensible solutions to everyday problems that get in the way of doing what most people want to do: eat well and live well! Program courtesy of Iowa Dept. of Public Health.
