Events and Activities : Veteran’s Day Assembly at Vinton-Shellsburg High School

The Vinton-Shellsburg High School student body and staff will be hosting a special Veteran's Day observance on Thursday, November 11th. All area veterans and their spouses are invited to start the day with a breakfast hosted by VSHS Student Senate in the VSHS Commons area at 8:15 AM.

Following the breakfast, the public is invited to join the students and staff in the Garrison Field House (HS gym) for a program honoring all veterans starting at 9:00 AM. ALL area veterans are encouraged to attend both events being held in your honor; no advance reservations are necessary.
