Events and Activities : Ready, Set, Glow on October 16

Partnering with the VPRD, the family of Nathan Hesson is organizing a Glow Fun Run on Nathan's Miles Glow Trail on October 16! There will be music, yard games, food trucks and of course, lots of stuff that glows!

Kids will run at 6:30 p.m. (from the road at Anderson's Addition to the HS corner), and the adult run begins at 7:30 p.m. (heading north to the Lutheran Home, past Tilford & Marvin Lindsey Fields, then following the trail back to the HS corner).
All are welcome! Opal & Hazel Pizza & the Lions trailer will be there too! Nathan's Miles glow trail is getting a lot of use in its first season! Vinton has drawn media attention from around the state, country and world because of it. It's being used day and night by residents, visitors, young and old, solo walkers and family bikers!
