THE BOOK SALE IS BACK!

FRIENDS OF CP LIBRARY PLANS FOR JUNE 11, 12

The annual Friends of the Center Point Library used book sale-canceled like everything else in our lives last year because of the pandemic-is on for this year. At its masked, getting-back-in-action meeting last week Friends planned to hold the BIG book sale during the 2021 Center Point Lions Club Pork Days celebration.

Sale times are Friday, June 11, 3 to 7 and Saturday, June 12, 9 to 1:30.

Prices will be the usual $1 for hardcovers, 50 cents for paperbacks and 25 cents for kids' picture books.

Friends members will also be volunteering July 29 at the Library when RAGBRAI rides through Center Point.
