Events and Activities : May is National Stop the Bleed Month - Class being offered May 16

"May is National Stop the Bleed" month! North Benton Ambulance will be participating in this effort by hosting 2 classes.

May 16th will be a Stop the Bleed class from 6 - 830 pm at the ambulance garage.

May 19th will be a Stop the Bleed instructor course from 7 - 8 pm at the ambulance garage.
*Please note you must be eligible to become an instructor by having taken a Stop the Bleed course and having a valid certification.*

Just a few of the certifications that qualify are: M.D., EMT or RN. For a full list visit www.bleedingcontrol.org. You will be required to show proof of both upon arrival at class.

There is no fee for either class.
