Events and Activities : Beats, Burgers, Brats, Beer and Bicycles in Dysart August 20

On August 20, Dysart will celebrate our annual 5 B’s Event! (Beats, burgers, brats, beer and bicycles).

This family friendly event is held each year on Dysart’s Main Street in support of the Old Creamery Nature Trail.

The event starts with a bike ride on the Old Creamery Nature Trail, starting in Vinton at 12:00 p.m., noon, at the Vinton Trailhead, riding to Garrison for a beverage break and continues to the event in Dysart. (You can join the ride anywhere along the trail if you wish.)

There will be an educational bike rodeo for children 4 and up (for the first 90 to register) starting at 2 p.m. east of the Dysart City Hall, and they will receive educational materials and a small bike gift after the bike rodeo.

At 3 p.m. a fun for all ages “chalk the walk” event will be held on Main St.

The Buck Hollow Band will play, food and beverages will be available as well as family friendly events until 5 p.m.

Bring the family and enjoy an afternoon of fun before summer vacation is over.
