The "Take Charge Conference" - is a FREE conference for students interested in preventing underage drinking and drug use in their schools and communities, is happening Friday, September 24th, 2010 at Kirkwood Community College! The conference will cover everything from basic drug facts to how to present to your peers. There will also be time for student groups to work together and create an action plan designed just for their school!

If you have a high school student interested in attending this conference, please let us know! The Above the Influence Coalition has arranged FREE transportation for students in the county, and we will have students back in plenty of time for Homecoming festivities. We would love to have a big group to represent Benton County!
