Farmers Savings Bank & Trust-Vinton will hold its annual Holiday Open House on Friday, Dec. 4. Santa will be on hand at 3:30 p.m. to visit with children. Throughout the day there will be refreshments, and a chance to sign up to win one of 5 $20 VU Bucks prizes. Members of area churches will also be able to sign up for a $2 donation to the church of their choice. Everyone is invited.
