Events and Activities : American Legion and area Scouts to conduct Flag Disposal Ceremony November 9

The Vinton American Legion, the Boys Scouts and Cub Scouts will be conducting a Flag Disposal Ceremony Monday November 9 at 6:30 PM, weather permitting, all are welcome to attend. If you have a flag that needs to be disposed of, now would be a good time to drop it off at the American Legion Hall, 105 North R Ave. There is a can outside the front door for this purpose.
