Join us this Saturday from 8:30 – 11:30 am at the Vinton Skate & Activity Center for the 2nd Annual Benton County Community Health & Wellness Fair. There is no admission fee and you are welcome to stay as long as you wish.
There will be prize sign-ups and lots of interesting, informative material and activities for all ages, youth to seniors. Event highlights include:
- Over 20 displays covering a variety of health and wellness topics and activities for individuals and families
- Free flu shots (200 available) – first come, first served
- Free blood pressure checks
- Health insurance information
- Help with Medicare forms
- Friends of the Shelter – pets and more
- Iowa Children’s Museum interactive area
- Child Safety seat checks
- Firetruck and ambulance in the parking lot to look through
- Farmer’s Market booths
