Events and Activities : VSHS Academic Awards Assembly set for Sept. 24

You are invited to attend the Vinton-Shellsburg Academic Awards Assembly on Thursday, September 24, at 7:00 p.m. in the high school auditorium. The purpose of this assembly is to recognize students for outstanding academic achievement for the 2014-2015 school year.

We will recognize 105 students who maintained at least a 3.50 GPA out of a possible 4.0 for the 2014-15 academic year. Eighteen of those students achieved a 4.0 GPA for the year.

US Bank will host this assembly and provide refreshments. We hope you can attend this ceremony to help recognize and congratulate students who do an outstanding job in the classroom.
