A benefit concert for the families of the five victims of last week’s Highway 150 accident will take place April 30, at Jimberly’s in Newhall.

Framing the Red, a Mississippi band with a member who grew up in Urbana, will play the concert beginning at around 7 p.m.

Band member William Fish played in the Center Point-Urbana High School marching band while Triston Randall was on the football team. The two would hang out often on Fridays.

“Triston was a friend of mine since elementary school,” Fish recalls. “We grew up less than a block from each other and used to hang out every now and then. He was dating one of my closest lifetime friends, Alexis. He was a great guy even though we used to get into trouble every now and again.

People looked up to Triston in many ways, especially how he cared about his siblings, Fish said.

“I wasn't familiar with the others but if they were with Triston I'm sure they were all great people as well. May they all rest in peace,” says Fish.

Quentin Ary and the Tuttles have been fans of a band called Framing the Red for several years now. One of their songs, "Country Band Man" was Quentin's favorite song and Tia told the band that Hunter and Zoey listened to it every morning on the way to school. They played the song at the bonfire held Saturday night and will be playing it at the Celebration of Life for Quentin,Triston, Hunter and Zoey.
