Events and Activities : Tactical Firearms Academy offers renewal class for conceal carry permits

Tactical Firearms Academy, LLC of Vinton, IA is announcing a shooting range qualification process that meets Iowa Code for the renewal of concealed carry permits that does not require taking another class. CCW permits that were acquired in 2011 will expire next year (2016). You must renew your permit at least 30 days prior to the expiration date on your permit. You can renew anytime within twelve calendar months prior to the expiration date on your permit. Tactical Firearms Academy, LLC NRA Certified Pistol Instructors will be available on numerous dates through out the summer, or you can call for an appointment. The cost for range qualification is $25 and you will receive a certificate indicating successful completion if you pass the shooting test.
