Events and Activities : VAMA to hold ecumenical Thanksgiving Service

The Vinton Area Ministerial Association (VAMA) will hold its ecumenical Thanksgiving Service on Sunday, November 23 at 7 p.m. at the Presbyterian Church of Vinton, located at 608 1st Ave. The service will include scripture readings and short lessons from various area clergy, as well as music by the Presbyterian Church Adult Choir and Adult Hand Bell Choir. A free-will donation will be collected of non-perishable food items, and household products to support the Local Food Pantry. Monetary donations will go to support the various works of the VAMA.
