A choice of salads is available on the buffet. Everyone is WELCOME!

Suggested contribution for individuals 60 years old or older, and their spouse (regardless of age) is $2.75 for the meal. Individuals who are not yet 60 are WELCOME but need to pay $3.75 for their meal. Carryout meals are available.

We deliver meals to Vinton, Newhall, Urbana, and Garrison/Mt Auburn. The suggested contribution is $3.00/meal if you are 60 or older. We also have nutritious frozen meals and liquid supplements. Delivery is throughout Benton County. Please call 319-472-4761 for more information about services or to reserve a table for groups of 5 or more.

Monday, February 8th, two tables of Pepper Cards were played. Merle Roths won 1st place with 294 points. Dale Alpers took 2nd place with 292 points. HACAP furnished beverages and other refreshments were provided by the card club.

On Tuesday, February 9th, we celebrated all the February birthdays. Bernice Jones and Clete Friedman celebrated their birthdays. Alice Gille brought five guests to celebrate with her. Delores Stueck won the door prize. Stuart Gulick provided the afternoon entertainment.

On Wednesday, February 10th, the activity was 10-Cent Bingo. Faye Goodell won game one. Jacquie Winkler won games two and five. JoAnn Roster won game three. Dale Alpers won game four.

On Thursday, February 11th, we welcomed the Dysart Card Club as guests. We also recognized Betty Burmeister's birthday. The activity was 10-Cent Bingo. The Bingo games of the day were handpicked by Jacquie Winkler. Dora Vogt was the big winner of the day, winning games one, three, four and five. Dora split game two with Faye Goodell.

On Friday, February 12th, we recognized Glen Kester's birthday on Saturday. There were 7 tables of 500 played. Dale Alpers won 1st place with 4,240 points. Burdell Staab won 2nd place with 3,710 points. Marge Smith won 3rd place with 3,580 points. HACAP furnished beverages and other refreshments were provided by card club.

On Monday, February 15th, we welcomed Marion Foss as a guest. There were 4 tables of Pepper Cards played. Ron Dawson won 1st place with 313 points. Milo Cobb won 2nd place with 287 points. Irene Geiger won third place with 279 points. Refreshments were provided by the card club and HACAP provided beverages.

On Tuesday, February 16th, the activity of the day was 10-Cent Bingo. The Bingo games of the day were handpicked by Evelyn Greenwood. Jeanette Blazicek and Elsie Knaack split on game one. Dewyn Garwood won game two. Faye Goodell won game three. Mary Porter won game four. Fern Lewis won game five.

On Wednesday, February 17th, the activity of the day was 10-Cent Bingo. The Bingo games of the day were handpicked by Mae Kerkman. JoAnn Roster won games one and three. Geri Shaffer won games two and five. Greta Geiken won game four.

On Thursday, February 18th, we welcomed the Newhall Ladies as our guests. The afternoon activity was 10-Cent Bingo. The Bingo games of the day were handpicked by Delane Kaline. Ruth Wieditz won game one. JoAnn Roster and Greta Geiken split on game two. Fern Lewis won game three. Greta Geiken won game four. JoAnn Roster won game five.

On Friday, February 19th, there were 8 tables of 500 played. Marge Smith won 1st place with 4,000 points. Angie Nolda won 2nd place with 3,930 points. Burdell Staab won 3rd place with 3,479 points. Other refreshments were provided by Card Club and HACAP furnished beverages.
