The Knights of Columbus Tootsie Roll Drive, for People with Disabilities was held in August, raised more than $1,000 for area organizations.

The Vinton KC presented two checks for $612.60 each to representatives Tara Cornelius of ARC of Eastern Iowa and Brian Larkin of Vinton-Shellsburg Special Olympics.

The Knights of Columbus would like to thank Roy’s Hometown Grocery, Theisens, and Fareway for allowing the Knights Members to raise the funds at each of their store fronts.
