Jorgensen Retirement Party
Nancy Jorgensen has had a lengthy career serving the residents of Benton County. She first began as a part-time clerk in the Treasurer’s office in 2003 and moved on to a full-time position in 2005. In 2016 she moved to the Auditor’s office as the Payroll Admin and later became a Deputy Auditor. She will be celebrating her retirement on Friday, May 30, 2025 with a party held in her honor. The Heart of Mary Cluster (St. Mary Vinton, St. Mary Urbana, and Sacred Heart in Walker) is hosting a week-long Vacation Bible School during the week of June 16-20 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. each day. The program is called “Cathletics: Training to be Champions for Christ!” Just as it takes hard work to train for the Olympics, it is also important to get the right training to live out our Catholic faith.
