Et cetera : U.S. Presidential Scholars nomination period now open!

Do you know an outstanding Iowa high school senior who excels in academics, career and technical education or the arts? The Iowa Department of Education is now accepting nominations for exceptional student leaders in each of these categories for the prestigious U.S. Presidential Scholars program, one of the highest honors a student can achieve. Educators, family members and other community members are encouraged to submit a nomination for an exceptional Iowa student. From your nominations, Iowa will select up to 30 students for consideration for the national program designation.
