More than 10,500 Iowa State University students have been recognized for outstanding academic achievement by being named to the spring semester 2021 Dean's List.

           Newelle Dalton, Luther College first-year of Urbana, Iowa, has been named to the 2021 Spring Dean's List.Luther College's Spring 2021 Dean's List includes 738 students; 64 first-years, 167 sophomores, 169 juniors and 338 seniors.

Iowa Lakes Community College recognizes students for their academic excellence President's List. Among those recognized were, Matthew Bandy, of Walford, Iowa.

These honors are awarded to students who have completed at least 36 credit hours toward a degree, have an overall grade point average of at least 3.2 on a 4.

One hundred thirty-nine University of Iowa student-athletes have been named to the 2021 Spring Academic All-Big Ten team, the conference office announced Thursday.
