Everybody’s Irish on St. Paddy’s Day !
Residents of Virginia Gay Nursing and Rehab were treated to their choice of green beer, punch, coffee and cupcakes during the St. Patrick’s Day celebration on March 17. Judy Mehlert tickled the ivory while Elmer and Beverly Stein from Dysart tore up the dance floor. Judy played several Irish ditties and even dug out some oldies like “The Blue Skirt Waltz” and “In the Mood”.
Activity Coordinator Mary Simnacher, Virginia Gay Nursing and Rehab keeps a very busy schedule week after week.
“We have activities every day at 10 am and again at 2pm, sometimes even more in a day," she says.
