Another Dream Fulfilled at Windsor Manor…

One more dream came true Sunday as friends and family gathered to join Deane Turner on a train ride across Canada. Deane stated she always wanted to journey across Canada by train so the team at Windsor Manor researched documentaries on the train trip and contacted the theater to schedule a private showing of the film. Popcorn and other concessions were provided to the friends and family who attended the event. Prior to her journey, Deane received a travel gift basket with the items she could use for her journey. The journey included incredible landscapes and once in a lifetime views of Canada. After the “train trip,” Deane received a souvenir t-shirt and travel log. Thank you to Marcy and Gerald Horst for opening the doors just for this special event.
