The Vinton Garden Club member of National Garden Clubs ,Inc., District II and Central Region met at 12:00 pm at the Windsor Manor. Seven members, and Michelle daughter ate a delicious lunch prepared by the cooks.

President Fran Stueck called the meeting to order at 12:50 after the lunch. Members recited the conservation pledge. Roll call was each members favorite candy or cookie brought for exchange with recipe.

Secretary Joyce Bratten read the minutes from November meeting. There were no corrections so it will stand as approved.

Treasurer Sharen Stueck gave the treasurer's report.

There were no questions on the treasurer's report so it will be audit before end on the year by Rosie Boisen and Joyce Bratten.

Cards—Anne Dake she will send another card to Luanne Hawkins.

Photography and Publicity—Monthly news in paper by secretary and pictures taken by Fran for the historians book.

Fran finally found 2 books on Lilies, will choose which one to put in library in memory of Cam Wood. Rosie made motion for Fran to decide on which book to buy, Anne seconded the motion, it was approved.

Members brought mittens, hats, sweats, etc. for the children at Tilford Elementary for the nurses to use as spares for the children. Fran will deliver the items.

Fran will try and get the clubs books done by the next meeting. The program committee will get together after the first of year.

The state flower show for 2016 will be in Fort Dodge and it will be a miniature show, so members are to think about growing small horticulture for 2016.
