Entertainment : In Depth: Hotel Transylvania comes next to Palace

It’s all about the kids for Halloween Week, but parents, I think you’ll enjoy this one, too!

“Hotel Transylvania” in 3D plays the Palace Friday, October 26 through Thursday, November 1 at 7 p.m. every night, and Saturday and Monday, October 27 and 29 at 2 p.m. This animated thriller is rated PG for rude humor, action and scary images, and runs 91 minutes.

Unfortunately, upon the occasion of young Mavis’ 118th birthday, a fearless human boy wanders in, loves the monsters, and is immediately attracted to Dracula’s daughter. A reverse “Twilight,” in animated 3D?

“Hotel Transylvania” is clever and funny, with voice-over talent by Adam Sandler, Andy Samberg, Selena Gomez, Kevin James, Fran Drescher, Molly Shannon and Steve Buscemi. The perfect trick or treat movie!
