And wait we shall – for another week!

The new chair standards (armrests) have not arrived – pushing our re-open to October, and cancelling “Bully.”

Standards did ship, however, and our latest promise from the seat company is that installation will begin on Friday morning, September 28. They will work through the weekend.

The theatre is filthy from floor polishing and balcony renovations. Lots of dust settled on the vents of the 20 foot auditorium ceiling and curtained walls, and more dust to come when the seat installer drills holes in the concrete for the new seats.

A professional cleaning company has been rescheduled for next week. Barring further complications (knock on wood), we will open Friday, October 5th with “Finding Nemo 3D” and “The Expendables 2.”

Patience is a virtue – or so I keep telling myself. Can’t wait to see you at the movies!
