Who wants to watch a movie wherein the bad guy is named Boris the Animal? EVERYBODY!
Especially when they learn that the one-armed Boris is an alien freak, and Will Smith (Agent J), Tommy Lee Jones (Agent K), and Josh Brolin (Young Agent K) are taking him on!
“Men in Black 3” in fabulous RealD 3D, plays the Palace this Friday, June 15 through Thursday, June 21 at 7 p.m. every night, with late shows on Friday and Saturday, June 15 and 16 at 9 p.m., and our regular Monday matinee on June 18 at 2 p.m.
This sci-fi action adventure runs 103 minutes and is rated PG-13 for violence and brief suggestive content.
We are huge fans of the Fresh Prince and Tommy Lee Jones at the Horst house, and apparently Josh Brolin does an amazing job replicating Tommy Lee as Young Agent K. I missed “The Avengers” due to our crazy graduation schedule, but I will not be missing “Men in Black 3.”
…I had fun. It has an ingenious plot, bizarre monsters, audacious cliff-hanging, and you know what? A closing scene that adds a new and sort of touching dimension to the characters of J and K. ~ Roger Ebert
Fun, fun, fun – that’s what summer blockbuster season is all about.
AND SPEAKING OF SUMMER BLOCKBUSTERS
Kiddos rejoice – 3D offerings “Madagscar 3” and “Brave” start out the month, followed by the more adult oriented “People Like Us,” and another comic book favorite, “The Amazing Spider-Man.” “Madagascar 3” is stacked the first weekend with Adam Sandler’s R-rated “That’s My Boy,” for those of you who love a bit of raunchy slapstick and stupid fun.
July schedules will be up soon! See you at the movies!
