VSHS CATS cast members create their own cat wigs, based on the Broadway design

Community volunteer Teresa Strong (background) is helping VSHS CATS cast members create their own cat wigs, based on the Broadway design. Wigs are constructed of yarn, each piece individually separated and glued to a wig head before styling. Miranda Swallom (Gussie), Maddy Springer (Jennyanydots) and Emma Clingman (Grizabella) work on Grizabella's gray wig. Megan Ternus (Coricopat) and Stephanie Berry (Etcetera) help create Victoria's white wig. CATS will be presented on November 4 - 6 at the VSHS auditorium, 7 pm Friday and Saturday, 2 pm Sunday. Tickets, $5 for adults, $4 for students, may be purr-chased at the door.
